Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also include the original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at samtaraburcagd@gmail.com before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
